The LED Display / Video Wall is well checked before dispatch, hence the problem is very rare and negligible. However, in the event of poor transportation methods or handling, we will still provide you best in class service to sort the problems at the earliest. Generally, new LED Display / Video Wall for at least 2 years does not show up trouble, however, our service system is available across the region to help you sort problems whenever they arise.

We have a dedicated service manager who ensures timely troubleshoot of service to every customer in the event any service issue arises. Various levels of process and troubleshooting are being controlled and managed by our service manager & engineered team.
In the event of any issue arise in the performance or functioning of the display, we provide quick telephonic troubleshooting to you. A service contact sticker is affixed on each LED Display / Video Wall to make it easy for the customer to reach our dedicated service helpline
As such most of our LED Display / Video Wall is being used widely across the region, to provide service in each location is not possible. Hence we offer convenient service options. We offer a video calling option in solving several petty issues, which can be easily solved by the user himself with the help of our support engineers. This ensures that the user solves the problem within minutes with support from our service engineer both via video and their telephonic troubleshooting. 70% of the service issues arise are solved in this method.
In any case of non-solution of the problem by the above means such as telephonic support or video helpline support, we have the complete infrastructure and our engineers will come into action to sort the problem with an option for both offsite and onsite service.
If the customer is totally out of our network area, then they can opt to send the machine to the Coimbatore hub. At times our engineers are also on the move across various locations and we can use this option also.
